9 Cozy, Comforting Winter Recipes to Get Through the Chilly Months

It’s cold outside, sometimes even dreary, so we need some cozy and comforting meals to help us feel a little bit better. One of my philosophies around food is that it’s cultural, social, emotional, and it’s essential. So while it’s great to focus on food as fuel and energy, you must embrace it in all its forms. Also, comforting recipes don’t mean it’s lacking in nutrients.
