5 Easy Recipes to Simplify Your Week

So, if you’re a reader of this blog you know I love a lazy girl moment. It’s literally a whole series on this blog. When it comes to food, I’m really no different.

Warm White Bean & Kale Salad

I am an admitted salad lover and an increasingly avid kale fan, so this recipe definitely speaks to me. I swapped the chimichurri for pesto and a bit of lemon juice, but this was absolutely delicious. Fantastic lunch recipe with some kale for some veggies and some protein from those yummy white beans.

Easy Potato Skillet Breakfast

I found this recipe when I was tired of my cereal, oatmeal, boiled or scrambled egg, or chicken sausage cycle. It was pretty simple to make and crazy yummy. Also, has brunch vibes to spice up breakfast at home. Add pickled jalapeños for extra flavor and top with some avocado, a fried egg, and a little salsa.

Mediterranean Chickpea Wraps

One of my favorite lunches I’ve had this year. As a lazy girl, I used a lemon tahini salad dressing from Amazon Fresh, but overall I stuck pretty close to this recipe. Also, this is super easy to meal prep!

15 Minute Garlic Butter Ramen Noodles

This dinner is one of my go-to because it’s so quick and easy to make. Using a ramen packet, some zucchini, and an egg you can make quick and easy ramen that’ll satiate your craving. It’s not the most authentic but it is delicious.

Easy Cabbage Steaks

This recipe made me like cabbage, that’s all I have to say on that.
