Six Perfect Recipes for the Overwhelmed Twenty-Something

Cooking feels overwhelming for me often. After a long day of working who wants to go spend a long time in the kitchen after? Typically not me, but I still want (and deserve) something delicious, healthy/balanced, and filling. That’s where Pinterest (and the occasional TikTok) comes in. Here are a few of my favorite quick, delicious, low effort recipes you should try.

1. Greek Chicken Kabobs

This Greek Chicken Kabobs recipe can be marinated overnight and popped in the oven. It is also absolutely delicious.

2. One Pot Taco Mac

This one-pot recipe is absolutely delicious and quick to make, I love to pair it with this Mexican zucchini recipe for extra nutrients.

3. Garlic Butter Chicken Bites + Cabbage Steaks

These two delicious recipes pair perfectly together. They also don’t take a ton of time to make.

4. Crockpot Soup

This recipe is perfect for the fall/winter weather. It’d warm, comforting and full of veggies!

5. Lazy Girl Ramen

This 15 minute meal is perfect. You can add mushrooms and zucchini like I do to make you feel a bit more healthy.

6. Fish Tacos

This is for my air fryer lovers. I used the Trader Joe’s frozen cod sticks for mine to speed things up.

What are your favorite quick and easy meals? Let me know in the comments and check out my other Lazy Girl blog posts on the blog.
