So, it’s my first food blog and I was a little hesitant to share it in the first place. I’m in parent’s kitchen for quarantine, I’m in no way a chef, and the possible judgment was kind of freaking me out but as the self-proclaimed queen of lazy girl tips I decided to share something I’ve been making during quarantine that doesn’t take much time or energy. I love a passive recipe, I was raised on slow cooker meals from my mom with frozen broccoli I had to steam in the microwave after dance class.

I made this for the first time because it was all my parents had in the house when I came home in March and I knew I had a hit on my hands. It has a nice kick and honestly helped me feel the fun of cooking again. Let me know in comments what you thought of this recipe, if you want to try it, or if you think I should keep sharing occasional recipes on here!

I don’t like asparagus. What can you suggest instead of that. Shrimps and pasta are my all tme favorite.
