So set a goal to “treat myself” every Sunday. I usually forget but, when I remember I know that the new week is going to be a good one. It usually involves a mask, good music, and a lot of TV. I stress myself out a lot and I always get really worked up over nothing so I try to give myself time to care for myself and relax. This most recent treat yourself Sunday involved a Publix chicken tender sub, Gossip Girl, Insecure, and an eye mask. I felt so good when I woke up on Monday. It was a great way to end a high stress week in a relaxing way. I think doing things like this for yourself regularly is extremely important. Who will take care of you better than you?
